Every invoice lists each return, storage day, shipment and label so you can reconcile it line by line. Labels and postage draw on a prepaid wallet with a running ledger.
Card and international bank transfer payments are coming soon. Nothing is charged during launch.
Pay for what we receive, store and ship. Nothing else.
Receiving
Per return received: scan, package photo, two photos of every item, grade and bin.
Storage
Per unit per day after the free days on your rate card, payable by you including any demurrage. Inventory held longer than 12 months costs 10% more to store, and you receive an aging report by email every month.
Pick and pack
Per outbound order when you sell a unit to a new U.S. customer.
Shipping
Return labels and outbound postage at carrier cost plus handling, paid from your wallet.
Duty drawback
A share of the refund, charged only when CBP pays the claim.
Paperwork
Commercial invoices, packing lists, export documents and claim files are included.
